Do you know that a family of superfoods exist that are high in nutrients such as protein, iron, omega 3, but low in saturated fats?

In fact there are places in the world that prefer to use these superfoods as a nutritional supplement, rather than taking pills or medicines.

And it actually takes very little resource to produce this food – so it uses up a fraction of the land, water and emits less greenhouse gases than it takes to make a normal steak. So it’s great for the environment.
